How can I book a car?
Fill the personal details form, providing your name, country, mobile phone number and E-mail address. If we are picking you up at the airport, please do not forget to provide your flight number and the exact arrival time. Once your booking is complete, you will receive by mail to confirm.
What is the Fuel Policy?
All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as in pick-up. In case the renter returns the car with more fuel, the price of the excess fuel will not be refunded.
Is there a prepayment or deposit for booking/reservations?
Yes, there is a deposit needed for reservations, unless otherwise instructed by the reservations department.
What are the Payment Methods?
The rental can be paid in cash, mobile money transfer and or Bank Transfer.
How do I calculate my rental days?
Rental days are calculated on a 12-hour basis, starting from the vehicle pick up time. Partial days will be counted as full days.
Can I rent a car without a reservation?
Yes, as long as a vehicle is available in the station; however, we recommend making a reservation because no vehicle may be available during busy periods.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, reservations can be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your reservation or 48 hours before rentals date starts. The reservation number/invoice number issued when you made the reservation and the email address you registered at the time of reservation are required to cancel or make changes to your reservation.
Do I have to pay a cancellation fee if I cancel my reservation?
A reservation cancellation fee pre-determined by the company may apply if you cancel your reservation. No fee shall apply if the cancellation is made at least seven days prior to the date of pick-up. The cancellation fee shall apply for those made six days or less prior to the date of pick-up.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Yes. The reservation/invoice number issued when you made the reservation and the email address you registered at the time of reservation are required to make changes to your reservation.
Can I reserve a specific car for my reservation?
Reservations can only be confirmed by the category and not a specific car brand, model or colour. However, you can tell us your preference and we will try our best to offer you the car you wish, depending on the availability.
